Why do parents take out their anger on children?

In most cases, parents take out their anger on children as they perceive themselves as failures as a parent.

It is not appropriate for parents to take out their anger on their children; they must know how to deal with anger as a parent, other wise it can harm the children’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

In some cases, parents may anger their children because they are overwhelmed or stressed and cannot effectively cope with their emotions. In other cases, parents may use anger to exert control over their children or vent their frustration.

However, there are healthy and appropriate ways for parents to manage their emotions and deal with stress and frustration, and parents need to find and use these methods to deal with angry children rather than take out their anger on their children.
