Why your state page matters

Anger management orders come from many places: criminal and family courts, probation and parole offices, diversion programs, and employers. Each state, and often each county, sets its own expectations for how many hours or weeks you need, whether an online class is acceptable, and how completion has to be documented.

Your state page pulls those details together so you can pick the right class the first time and avoid repeating coursework.

  1. Check your order

Note the number of hours or weeks, your deadline, and who should receive proof of completion.

  2. Enroll in the matching class

Start right away and request an enrollment verification letter if your court or probation officer wants proof that you have begun.

  3. Finish and submit your certificate

Work through the lessons at your own pace, then send your certificate of completion to the court, attorney, probation officer, or employer.

Before you enroll

Confirm these four things with your judge, attorney, or probation officer

  • Length. Is the requirement written in hours or in weeks, and how many?
  • Format. Is an online, self-paced class accepted for your case?
  • Deadline. By what date does the class need to be finished?
  • Delivery. Who receives your certificate, and should it be emailed, filed, or brought to a hearing?

Backed by our acceptance guarantee. If your court rejects our certificate, send written proof within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Questions about state requirements

Do courts in my state accept an online anger management class?

Our certificate of completion has been accepted by courts more than 10,000 times, in every U.S. state. The final decision belongs to your judge, attorney, or probation officer, so confirm with them before you enroll. Your state page explains how requirements are usually handled there.

My order lists weeks, not hours. Which class should I take?

Pick a week-based class when your order names weeks. They run from 4 to 26 weeks, with a new lesson released each week. If your order names hours, choose an hour-based class from 1 to 52 hours instead.

What paperwork will I receive?

You can get an enrollment verification letter as soon as you start, which shows the court you have begun. When you finish, your certificate of completion is included at no extra cost.

What if my court will not accept the certificate?

Send us written proof of the rejection within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. See our acceptance guarantee for the details. Read the guarantee
