If you attend a class without any incident, it won’t appear on your record. However, if the anger management program is part of a court-ordered decision/settlement/judgment, it will undoubtedly become part of the legal record.
If you are a minor, such records may be readily sealed, but those records may be available if you are an adult. If it is indicated as a required therapy in school, whether or not it becomes part of your school record is determined by the state in which you reside.
